The SPRHC Mobile Clinic offers community access to the following:

• Blood pressure screenings

• Diabetes screenings

• A1c Cholesterol screenings

• BMI & wellness assessments

• Preventive health screenings

• Chronic disease education and management

• Mental and behavioral health resources

• Health literacy and wellness education

• Referrals to local healthcare services

On this day, they will be providing free screenings (*walk-ins welcome*) from the Mobile Clinic at the Catholic Church parking lot in Gardner.
