Community Exercise Group

This group meets every Monday at the Gardner Community Center. Doors open at 9:15am and we try to start by 9:30am, generally concluding around 10:30am.

Please note: This a completely free event and there is no instructor for this gathering.

Join us as we follow along with different YouTube videos each week, typically with three 10-15 minute videos for Yoga, Tai Chi, and Yin Yoga. The videos selected are often directed towards balance or seniors, but we do try to ensure that the content included is good for all ages or activity/exercise levels. Yoga mats are also available if needed at no cost.

Spanish Peaks Mobile Clinic: Free Screenings

The SPRHC Mobile Clinic offers community access to the following:

  • Blood pressure screenings

  • Diabetes screenings

  • A1c Cholesterol screenings

  • BMI & wellness assessments

  • Preventive health screenings

  • Chronic disease education and management

  • Mental and behavioral health resources

  • Health literacy and wellness education

  • Referrals to local healthcare services

On this day, they will be providing free screenings (*walk-ins welcome*) from the Mobile Clinic at the Catholic Church parking lot in Gardner.
